Arrive early, wear comfortable clothing and avoid a heavy meal immediately before the session. Inform the facilitator about mobility limitations, pain, pregnancy, recent surgery or other relevant concerns. Practise gently and stop if dizzy, distressed or unwell. Chanting participation and traditional spiritual content must be explained before the session. This is a wellbeing programme, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
